Our Vision

Our #1 product is the transformation and passion of our students.

- We endeavor to develop young musicians with an impeccable foundation of musicianship and an unquenchable passion for music making, professionally or as a hobby.

- We plan each of our lessons to develop our student’s skills in sight reading, performance, theory, music history, and musicianship each week. We work to ensure our lessons are engaging and novel yet consistent and dependable.

New musicians are coming to our children’s chorus and being exposed to music and are growing in their desire for excellence. We structure our choirs to lay the first cornerstones of rhythm, intonation, sight reading, and tone in our singers.

Our team members are:

We endeavor to support our team members’ development as teachers by providing world-class training, resources, and time to develop their teaching techniques each week.

We strive to facilitate the growth of our team’s professional careers by providing our resources as a recording studio and connecting them to the professional community.

Our student’s parents are irreplaceable in their child’s musical journey. We dedicate time and energy to educating our parents about music and their role in their child’s journey.

We are teaching our students not only to be musicians but also to be leaders in music. We support our students to lead their school music ensembles with their character and skill. We endeavor to be an asset for local schools.

Through our efforts, we are endeavoring to transform the musical experience of the Arkansas Valley. We strive to bring new skilled musical talent to the valley through our employment and growing performance opportunities. We hope these musicians will enrich the community by bringing classical, jazz, and other genres to all festivals, restaurants, and bars in the valley. We are taking steps to lift up local ensembles by connecting them with skilled musicians.
